    Acquire knowledge in BA planning and creation of business solutions as you prepare for the CBAP(r) certification exam. The Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) is a professional certification for individuals with extensive business analysis (BA) experience. CBAP recipients are considered to be the leading, senior members of the BA community. This certification can help you advance your career, increase your earnings, and secure a new role.

    Prerequisites:
    CBAP® Eligibility* 

    To earn the CBAP® designation, candidates must:
    – Complete a minimum of 7,500 hours of Business Analysis Work experience in the last 10 years
    – Within this experience, a minimum of 900 hours completed in 4 of the 6 BABOK® Guide Knowledge Areas, for a total of at least 3,600 of the required 7,500 total
    – Complete a minimum of 35 hours of Professional development in the last 4 years
    – Provide two references
    – Agree to Code of Conduct
    – Agree to Terms and Conditions

    Course outline:
    1. Introduction to Business Analysis
    Business analysts are at the heart of successful organizational change. Effective planning helps define the right approach, set clear expectations, and establish processes for collaboration, governance, and performance measurement. In this course, learn how to plan and monitor business analysis work by exploring the key tasks in the Planning and Monitoring knowledge area. Discover how to select an appropriate approach based on the nature and context of the change, identify and engage stakeholders, establish governance protocols, and manage business analysis information. Finally, gain insights into measuring performance and identifying improvements to enhance the effectiveness and value of business analysis activities, governance, and performance measurement.
    3. BA Elicitation and Collaboration
    Successful business analysis depends on the ability to elicit meaningful information and collaborate effectively with stakeholders. Business analysts must guide conversations, facilitate mutual understanding, and ensure that requirements are accurately captured, communicated, and acted upon. In this course, learn how to plan and conduct elicitation activities, confirm and communicate the results, and manage stakeholder collaboration. Explore a range of elicitation methods – from interviews and workshops to experiments and observation – and discover how to tailor techniques to meet the needs of diverse stakeholders. You’ll also examine the importance of maintaining strong relationships and ensuring stakeholder engagement to support effective analysis and change.
    4. Requirements and Designs Life Cycle Management
    Requirements and designs evolve throughout the life of a project, and managing them effectively is critical to delivering successful outcomes. Business analysts must ensure that all changes are assessed, all requirements are properly traced and maintained, and stakeholder consensus is obtained at every step. In this course, explore the tasks involved in managing the life cycle of requirements and designs, from tracing and maintaining information to prioritizing, assessing changes, and gaining approvals. Learn how to apply formal and informal assessment techniques, manage traceability across different requirement types, and ensure stakeholder alignment through effective collaboration and communication. This course equips you with the tools to ensure that evolving requirements remain aligned with business goals.
    5. BA Strategy Analysis
    Strategic analysis is a cornerstone of business analysis work, providing the insight needed to define future goals and determine how to achieve them. This course emphasizes collaborative analysis, structured modeling, and practical techniques for ensuring requirements are both usable and valuable.
    7. Requirements Architecture and Design Options
