Description
Certified Network Defender (CND) is a vendor-neutral, hands-on, instructor-led comprehensive network security certification training program. It is a skills-based, lab intensive program based on a job-task analysis and cybersecurity education framework presented by the National Initiative of Cybersecurity Education (NICE). The course has also been mapped to global job roles and responsibilities and the Department of Defense (DoD) job roles for system/network administrators.
CND is designed by subject matter experts to help IT professionals take an active role in protecting the IT environment and data on it. Furthermore, in CND training you will gain skills related to the detection and response to cyber threats and gain knowledge about Threat Intelligence to predict these threats before they occur. In this training you will learn the critical skills to protect networks and IT environments, including local networks, endpoints, cloud infrastructure, applications, OT and mobile devices.
The CND training helps participants achieve “Defense-in-depth” objectives in their organizations using both technical and human solutions.You will learn to apply effective defense techniques and countermeasures within your organization so that you can not only prevent attacks, but also quickly respond and recover from incidents.
